We ship Internationally!

The cost of your shipping includes: postage and packaging and tracked delivery service .
We always aim for next day dispatch where possible.
* Please note: dispatch days are Monday-Friday.
For our standard delivery we allow between 3-7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL Delivery

International Delivery is also sent recorded. We estimate within the EU 5-10 working days, and Outside the EU 7-14 working days.
TCMinHolland does not take any responsibility for any customs payments or local duty / taxes that may be added at your delivery destination.

RETURNS

We hope that you will love your merchandise, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase; we will refund your items (excluding original shipping fees) according to the following returns policy.

Please ensure your items meet our returns requirements, if they fail to do so this may result in us returning the item back to you at your cost.

ORDER RETURNS

• The item/s must be in original packaging + condition, with all tags remaining in place.
• Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of purchase date. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted.
• Valid returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, and will be refunded via
  your original payment method.
• TCMinHolland takes no responsibility for return shipping costs or missing returned items. Therefore we ask for returns to be sent by a traceable service.
• Please note that the responsibility and liability of the Goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the Goods.

• To begin your returns process; you must e-mail info@nfcg.nl with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt of you order. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please use subject 'International Return Request'.
• Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of your return request e-mail date. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted.
